Basically, I started this blog to chronicle my adventures in finishing High School and starting College. But before we start moving forward, I have to give you some back story.
I am Homeschooled and have been my whole life. I am also taking an extended Senior year. This past year has been really busy and stressful and if I was required to finish school early to get all of my paperwork in and such? It would have been too much. So, I spread my Senior year over two years. Yes, there have been some points where I have wished that I had graduated on May 7th like I was supposed to, but now, going into a summer which will be filled with camps and college tours, I'm glad I took an extra year.
I'm excited about finishing High School. Currently, I just need to finish up Algebra 2 and British Literature and then I will be completely finished! Very exciting! So what will I be doing the second half of my two-year-long Senior year? More than you think.
So on to the future... this summer I will be touring colleges and narrowing my choices down. Currently, I'm looking at the University of Mississippi, the University of Memphis, Belhaven University, Delta State, and Mississippi University for Women. I'm excited!
Here I will be telling about my adventures in finishing High School, what I think about various colleges, and (more than likely) pouring out my stressed thoughts and such to those reading.
I don't know who will read this (or who would be interested in my scattered thoughts for that matter), but I hope you enjoy!
